By using imprynt, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What imprynt Is

Imprynt is a keepsake and personal collection app for handwritten autographs. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use. Autographs collected through imprynt are mementos. They do not constitute legal signatures, identity verification, or binding agreements of any kind.

Cryptographic Seals

The cryptographic seals in imprynt are tamper-detection mechanisms. They verify that autograph content has not been altered after signing. They do not guarantee the identity of the signer, the authenticity of the autograph in a legal sense, or the monetary value of any item in your collection.

Ongoing Development

Imprynt is under active development and features may change between releases. We recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled so your collection is protected. The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

Pricing

Imprynt is currently free to use. If pricing is introduced in the future, we will notify existing users in advance.

Your Data

You own all data you create in imprynt. We don't operate servers that store your content. Your data stays on your device and in your iCloud account. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use imprynt to forge, misrepresent, or falsely attribute autographs. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before collecting someone's autograph, voice note, or photograph.

No Warranty

Imprynt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, taeshe.studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of imprynt.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
